Hannah's career commenced with a commitment to global service, serving as an HIV/AIDS volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Mokubilo, Botswana, immediately after college. This foundational experience not only shaped her worldview but also sparked a lifelong dedication to impactful work and empathetic leadership. Further expanding her global perspective, Hannah has lived in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Siena, Italy, immersing herself in diverse cultures and broadening her understanding of international business dynamics.
With nearly two decades of expertise in M&A sourcing, enterprise sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship, Hannah has navigated the dynamic terrains of both public and private enterprises closing over $400M in revenue. A visionary in implementing innovative sales strategies, she excels in mentoring teams, expanding market presence, streamlining operations, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Beyond her professional achievements, Hannah is an avid adventurer who thrives on rowing, road cycling, and international adventure travel. Most recently embarking on a cycling tour from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok, a hyper-immersive way to traverse the vibrant landscapes and cultures of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.
Residing in Portland, OR, with her young son, her partner Jessie, and their two dogs, Hannah embodies a life of passionate pursuit—balancing her ambitious career with a deep love for personal exploration, community service, and global engagement.

Caitlin's career began with a commitment to impactful work, participating in initiatives focused on cardiac care with the American Heart Association during college. This experience sparked her dedication to philanthropy and led her to launch a fundraiser for the Invisible Children Foundation.
Following college, Caitlin pursued a diverse career in sales-driven industries. At ZEITGUIDE, she contributed to the creation of learning programs for C-level executives, deepening her understanding of business development, societal issues, and emerging technologies.
With over a decade of expertise in M&A sourcing and sales, Caitlin has navigated high-value acquisition targeting, market research, and competitive analysis. She has successfully sourced over $175 million in acquisitions, including the largest bedding acquisition for a top Amazon FBA acquirer. Her strategic acumen and relationship-building prowess drive sales growth and deliver client-focused results with integrity.
Caitlin's pursuit of personal growth led her to travel the world, living in Costa Rica, Croatia, Portugal, and Spain. These experiences broadened her understanding of global cultures and enhanced her adaptability in various professional environments.
Beyond her professional achievements, Caitlin is passionate about long-distance running, boating, and wellness. Originally from New Jersey, she has lived in New York City, Boston, and Charlotte, and now resides in Charleston, SC, with her fiancé, Dan, and their two dogs, Chani and Rip.
