The Role:

We are looking for a part-time Content Operations Manager to run execution across our content ecosystem.

Turning existing thinking, conversations, and IP into consistent, high-quality content across three related brands:

  • Up & Over Advisors (values-aligned M&A sourcing)

  • Ethical Exits (podcast + narrative storytelling)

  • Steward Market (mission-safe ownership marketplace)

You will help us show up clearly, consistently, and credibly across our content pillars.

Weekly + Monthly Production Expectations

Weekly:

  • 2–3 LinkedIn posts

    • Drawn from podcast episodes, founder notes, deal conversations, or blog content

    • Split across Up & Over, Ethical Exits, and Steward Market as appropriate

  • Content scheduling + publishing

    • Maintain and execute the content calendar

    • Ensure posts go live on time, every time

Monthly:

  • 2 long-form blog posts

    • Based on an approved outline, transcript, or concept

    • Written in the brand’s voice (educational, grounded, non-hype)

  • Podcast repurposing

    • Turn 1 Ethical Exits episode into:

      • 3–5 LinkedIn posts 3–5 LinkedIn/ Social Media video-driven posts

      • 1 blog post or long-form article

  • Steward Market core content

    • 3 pillar-aligned educational assets per month

    • Examples:

      • Buyer quality explainer

      • Stewardship-focused article

      • Mission-safe deal mechanics FAQ

  • Light SEO + AI-readiness

    • Clear headers

    • Scannable sections

    • FAQ-style answers when relevant

    • Monitor performance analytics and make data informed iterations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong writer with experience working directly with founders

  • Comfortable turning transcripts and rough notes into polished content

  • Understands how to repurpose long-form into short-form

  • Familiar with LinkedIn as a primary channel

  • Bonus if you’ve worked with:

    • B Corps

    • mission-driven companies

    • podcasts

    • thought leadership brands

You don’t need M&A expertise. You do need good judgment and respect for nuance.

Compensation: Flat monthly rate

  • $1,250–$1,600/month depending on experience and output
